Kestrel

Phoenix, AZ

Story

Kestrel Group wanted their new Phoenix headquarters to feel like a statement, not just a building. We designed a monolithic concrete-and-steel form that reads as sculpture at dusk, giving the block a dark, minimal landmark it didn't have before.

Overview

A monolithic concrete-and-steel office concept for Kestrel Group, designed to anchor a quiet stretch of Phoenix with a dark, minimal presence.

Outcome

A sculptural, minimal headquarters that gave Kestrel Group a landmark presence in Phoenix.

Forecast

A rooftop terrace expansion to give Kestrel Group's team outdoor space without softening the form.
