Statement
I started Landae in 2019 after a decade inside product and brand teams, tired of work that looked good in a deck and fell apart in the wild. Everything here is built to survive contact with the real thing: a live product, a print run, a hiring page, a founder pitching on a bad day.
One designer, one point of contact, no hand-offs to a junior you never met. That keeps the work sharp and the number of projects small.

Position
We start with the argument, not the artwork. Audience, competitive set, the one thing you should be known for, written down in plain language before anything is drawn.
Week 1

System
Type, colour, grid, motion, and tone built as one system with rules you can hand to anyone. Enough range to keep it alive, enough constraint to keep it recognisable.
Week 2-4

Surface
The system meets the real touchpoints: product UI, site, decks, packaging. This is where most identities break, so it is designed here rather than assumed.
Week 4-7

Handover
Organised source files, exported assets and short guidelines your team will actually read. Then a check-in once the work has been live for a month.
